Information we use and why
For assessment and performance of your order we process your name, contact and delivery details, order number, Instagram handle if supplied, chosen services, agreed card treatment, messages and card photographs (GDPR legal basis: performance of contract / steps at your request). For payment processing we use Stripe, which may independently process payment details under its own terms. We do not store your full card number. For accounting and statutory record retention we process appropriate receipts and transaction records (legal obligation). For security, fraud prevention and legitimate claims we may retain relevant communications and technical logs where justified by legitimate interests.
Who receives data?
Service providers may include Stripe (payments), Lovable and its infrastructure providers (website/server hosting and database), postal carriers (shipping) and, when relevant, email/communications services. They only receive information needed for their role. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA with appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
How long?
We retain order-related details and card condition evidence for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your order, respond to claims within the relevant limitation/reklamation periods, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We regularly review whether details are still required. Optional marketing photos are published only with separate permission, which can be withdrawn for future use.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Contact us by phone or through your agreed order conversation to request a secure channel for your personal-data enquiry.
Website usage
The website uses hosting security logs, stores your language, currency and cart choices locally in your browser, and uses Stripe Checkout to process payments. We do not intentionally install optional advertising tracking cookies. Stripe's own hosted checkout may use security-related technologies, subject to its privacy notices.
