We agree exactly which methods each card receives. Nothing beyond that is done without further agreement.

Pay securely
Once approved, you complete your booking and pay via secure hosted checkout.

Tracked sending
Only after confirmation, you ship the card with tracking. Shipping is arranged separately — we'll send receiving instructions.

Treatment
Your card is documented on arrival and treated with the agreed methods only.

Return
The card is returned by the method, cost and carrier agreed with you before work started.
