Please read before ordering. Restoring older collectible cards can permanently change their appearance and condition. We never guarantee a grade, a value increase, or complete removal of damage. You retain all non-waivable consumer rights.

You may also contact us by telephone or through your existing Instagram order conversation.
2. Scope and assessment
We provide standard restoration (minor bends and dents), premium restoration (including agreed treatment of creases, deeper dents, water damage and lifted foil), cleaning and polishing, graded-holder opening, and express priority handling. We assess photos and discuss the specific card, its condition, risks, services and cost before approving an order. A general service description does not authorize every possible treatment. Any material change in method, risk or price requires further agreement. You confirm you own the card or are authorized by its owner to commission the work. Tell us in writing about suspected previous alterations, water damage, fragile or valuable cards, and any treatment you do not approve. Please provide photographs of the front and back and an estimated market value before shipping, particularly for high-value cards. We may decline work if likely costs and risks outweigh its reasonable benefit.
3. Specific restoration risks
Depending on the approved scope, treatments may involve cleaning, gentle surface polishing, controlled humidity, flattening and/or heat and pressure. Older printing, holo layers, card edges, inks and adhesives may react unpredictably. Minor surface or appearance changes can sometimes result despite reasonable care. Existing wear, stains, creases and other imperfections may remain. We do not promise that a card will become mint, achieve any PSA/BGS/CGC grade, pass authenticity checks, or increase in resale value; restoration can affect grading eligibility or value. We will handle cards with due care and carry out agreed services professionally. Your awareness of inherent risks does not waive your statutory remedies if we perform the service incorrectly or damage the card through negligence.
4. Graded cards
Opening a PSA, BGS, CGC or similar holder requires explicit advance approval for that card. The holder will be broken and cannot be reassembled. Opening a slab may affect the card, its protection, certification status and potential resale value. We do not guarantee successful regrading. We will not open graded holders without an express agreement.
5. Prices, discount and payments
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) or, if you choose, at fixed advertised US dollar (USD) prices: Standard 250 SEK / 25 USD, Premium 450 SEK / 45 USD, Cleaning & Polish 120 SEK / 12 USD, Slab Removal 80 SEK / 8 USD and Express add-on 100 SEK / 10 USD per card. The displayed Stripe checkout total is the amount payable for the selected services. A 15% reduction applies automatically to the service subtotal when an order contains more than five (six or more) distinct physical cards; several treatments on the same card count as one card. Express is an add-on and requires a base service. Pricing, tax treatment and any applicable duties will be identified as required by law. Shipping and any customs/import expenses are not included unless expressly agreed beforehand. Any additional charges require your approval. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Only pay after we have individually assessed and agreed to the work and its total price. Keep your Stripe receipt and quote/order reference.
6. Dispatch, delivery and return shipping
Do not mail your cards until we have confirmed the treatment and receiving instructions. Package each card in an appropriate sleeve and rigid holder; use a robust outer package. Choose tracking and check the carrier's actual eligibility and monetary compensation limits for collectible cards. Standard parcel cover may be unsuitable for valuable collectibles. You arrange and normally pay the inbound shipping; the carrier, method, cost and timing for return shipping must be expressly agreed before the work starts. We will take reasonable care while cards are in our possession and while arranging return shipment. Responsibility for loss, damage or delay is determined under applicable law, the agreed arrangement and the carrier terms; nothing here excludes our mandatory liability. International shipments may involve customs declarations, taxes and delays. Declare contents accurately; do not undervalue or misdescribe cards.
7. Turnaround and express handling
Any timeframe we give is an estimate unless a specific completion date is expressly agreed. Timing begins only after we receive the cards and any necessary approvals. Express means priority handling when received, where available, not a guaranteed delivery or completion date. We will notify you about material delays and consult you where required.
8. Withdrawal and starting early
For qualifying consumer contracts concluded online, you normally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw, starting on the day after the contract is concluded. You can notify us clearly of your withdrawal; a withdrawal information and contact page is provided. A standard model withdrawal form can also be used. Withdrawal is separate from your right to complain about a defective service. If you expressly request us to begin providing the service during those 14 days, you may have to pay an appropriate proportion for work already performed if you subsequently withdraw, provided the legal information requirements are met. Once the service is fully performed, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost only when the legal conditions for this exception have been fulfilled, including the required express consent and acknowledgment. Selecting Express alone does not waive withdrawal rights. Otherwise we will not begin the service during the withdrawal period merely because payment has been made. Where a lawful withdrawal is exercised, we will handle repayments within the statutory time limits using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. You retain the right to the return of your card, subject to any lawful costs already incurred and agreed transportation arrangements.
9. Cancellation outside statutory withdrawal
Beyond statutory withdrawal rights, you may cancel unfinished services. Any compensation for work already performed or demonstrable losses is governed by Swedish consumer-service rules. We will identify any charges and agree return postage with you.
10. Complaints, mistakes and damaged cards
We document incoming condition and treatment where practical. If you believe something went wrong, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. Under Swedish consumer services law, when applicable, a consumer generally has up to three years to complain about defects in work on movable property; complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the problem is discovered, and a complaint within two months is always in time. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to rectification, price reduction, cancellation or compensation. These rights are not limited by our service descriptions. Claims concerning unusually valuable cards should be discussed individually before treatment so we can agree on appropriate handling, insurance arrangements and whether accepting the work is prudent. We do not impose a blanket compensation cap that overrides statutory consumer protections.
11. Photos, privacy and marketing
We may make working photographs of the cards for assessment, documenting existing damage and handling complaints. We will not publish identifiable customer-submitted before/after material for marketing without separate permission. Payment and customer information are handled as explained in our Privacy Notice .
12. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies, without restricting mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. If a disagreement arises, first contact us so we can try to resolve it. Swedish consumers may be entitled to seek independent guidance or submit eligible disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN); court remedies remain available.
These terms describe the intended service arrangement; they are not a substitute for mandatory consumer rights.
